Today's service technicians have the daunting task of having to keep up with all of the different types of HVAC systems, the different Makes and Models, and the ever-changing technology including the use of solid-state electronics. Our elite service staff is perhaps the most highly trained group of technicians in the industry.

Unlike many other companies, our EPA certified and NATE certified technicians can work on just about every type of equipment. Consumers have good reason to trust in NATE certified technicians. They are among the most knowledgeable and professional in the industry.

Our technicians constantly upgrade their skills by attending seminars, schools, training classes, and reviewing manufacturer's service manuals. They attend regular meetings to discuss problems in the field and ways to solve and improve them.

All of our service trucks are cellular-dispatched and are "on-call" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to handle any emergency problem; residential or commercial.

Commercial:

Mohr Air Conditioning was started in 2003. The corporation was formed from a sole proprietorship Mohr Heating & A/C, which was founded in 1968. The new corporation was formed when the three sons along with the founder of Mohr Heating & A/C formed the corporation, Mohr Air Conditioning.

Mohr Air Conditioning has grown from 4 full time employees in 2003 to 20 employees today. Mohr currently has five installation crews working in the residential and commercial markets. Mohr has four dispatched service technicians. Two service technicians for commercial service and two service technicians for residential service. Mohr also has its own complete sheet metal shop with two dedicated sheet metal fabricators.

Mohr Air Conditioning’s mission is to excel in quality installation and service of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to meet the needs of both commercial and residential markets by providing our customers with Peace of Mind using the highest value and most reliable comfort systems available, 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, with highly trained and honest employees, while ensuring their success.

Hino Motors – Marion, Ar – Installation of 650 tons of rooftop A/C and ductwork for spot cooling of their plant. Installation of 8 Make Up Air units and 24 wall mounted exhaust fans for the ventilation of the plant
Eakas Ar – Wynne, Ar – Installation of 55 tons of A/C and ductwork for the office of the Eakas Plant. Installation of 49 supply and exhaust rooftop fans for the ventilation of the plant.
Valley Baptist Church – Searcy, Ar – Installation of 65 tons of A/C (split systems and Package units) for the addition of classrooms and gymnasium, installed all ventilation for the building.
Walgreen’s – Conway, Ar – Installation of 39 tons of rooftop A/C and ductwork for the Walgreen’s store.
Harrisburg School Fine Arts Center – Harrisburg, Ar – Installation of 90 tons of A/C and ductwork for Harrisburg schools, installation of the fresh air and exhaust for the ventilation of the building.
River Terrace Assisted Living Center – Searcy, Ar – Installation of 69 tons of A/C and ductwork for the Offices and Bedrooms, installation of 80 PTAC units for the rooms, run all ventilation of fresh air and exhaust for the Assisted Living Center.
Valley Baptist Church – Beebe,Ar – Installation of 33 tons of A/C and ductwork of classrooms. Installation of Exhaust and Ventilation of Kitchen equipment.
Days Inn – Wynne – Installation of 12 tons of A/C for office area and 10 tons conditioned outside air for all rooms in the hotel. Installation of exhaust system for all hotel rooms.
Batesville Eagle Mountain School – Batesville, Ar -Change out 88 tons (22 split systems) and installation of 100 tons of A/C for new classrooms and gymnasium.
Batesville Westside School - Batesville, Ar – Change out 95 tons (27 split systems) and installation of 110 tons of A/C for new classrooms, cafeteria and gymnasium.
First Baptist Church – Searcy, Ar – Installation of 67 ton of Rooftop A/C units and ductwork for the addition of classrooms and installation of all exhaust for the building.
Mazzio’s – Wynne, Ar – Installation of 33 tons of Rooftop A/C units and ductwork, all exhaust air.
First National Bank Branch – Wynne, Ar – Installation of 18 tons of split system A/C units and ductwork for whole building and exhaust air for building.
ASU – Searcy Vocational Expansion & Diesel Shop – Searcy, Ar – Installation of 60 ton package unit with 20 vav boxes, 25 tons of split system A/C units, make up air units , all exhaust systems and ductwork for new building and remodel of existing buildings.
Highland School New Gym – Highland, Ar – Installation of 200 tons of split system A/C units , all exhaust systems and ductwork.
ASU - Cooper Alumni Association Center - Jonesboro,Ar - Installation of 4 pipe system, 47 vav boxes, fan coils, controls and ductwork for entire building.
91 Front Street - Memphis, Tn - Conversion of existing building to rental space. Installation of 7 split systems with ductwork. All the exhaust system for entire building.
McCrory Class Room Addition - Installation of 27 tons of A/C and duct work for the classroms. Also installation of an AAON system for ERV.
