A HVAC surge protection system works similarly to a surge protector for computers. You will find that if an
electrical surge occurs, your surge protector will shut down the system so that your HVAC unit does not get damaged.
Once the HVAC surge protection system kicks in, you will need to know how to restart your HVAC unit.
