About Hickory Ridge, AR - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Hickory Ridge is a lovely, rural Arkansas town. It is beautiful, quiet and full of beautiful, natural wonders to take in.  The weather here is seasonal so you can watch the snow fall and the flowers bloom in this virtually untouched area.  It is a great escape from the busier towns nearby.  However, it is not so far that it is inconvenient to shopping, dining or necessities.

It is near to Jonesboro which is a fun college town and home Arkansas State University, the flagship campus of the ASU system. Here you will find many sororities and fraternities and the school has a multitude of undergraduate and graduate programs to choose from.  This is the perfect place to spend a crisp, fall day as you can take a tour and get to know more about the school and what it has to offer to its students and alumni.  Also in Jonesboro, is The Mall at Turtle Creek, opened in 2006 and is the largest mall in Northeastern Arkansas.

In nearby Parkin, you will find Parkin Archeological State Park.  There you can get a glimpse into ancient history and aboriginal people’s lives. Artifacts are on display at the site’s museum and enjoy the beauty and splendor of untouched nature. There is so much to see and to learn at this wonderful park and this is an ideal way to spend a pretty summer or spring day.

Active and outdoorsy types will want to make the short drive to Forrest City where there are 8 parks as well as a sports complex.  You will be sure to find some fun way to spend a pleasant spring day on a playground or at a ball field.  There is no shortage of outdoor family fun to be had in this small town.  There is also an indoor multi-purpose center for colder autumn or winter days when you want to get some exercise or let your kids burn off some energy.
